To upload a picture to a form,

  1. Locate Upload Field: Find the question requesting a file or photo. It is usually labeled “Add file” or “Upload”.
  2. Select Photo: Click the button to browse your files, or on a mobile device, choose to take a new photo or select an existing one from your photo library.
  3. Confirm Upload: Wait for the image to attach, then click “Submit” to finalize your entry.
